Vintage Discobolus of Myron bronze figurine

Lovely vintage bronze, modelled after the famous Discobolus of Myron greek statue.

This lithe and athletic discus thrower cuts a striking figure. This stylised, muscular athlete has been very finely sculpted and cast in bronze, and is in excellent condition.

Stands 12cm high by 9cm long by 4cm wide, and weighs 350 grams. Comes complete with the artists lead tag signed JD.
